  ON FIELD LEADING HAND POSITION

The successful applicant needs to demonstrate strong leadership skills.

We are a small team with good Viticultural Management in place, sustainable practices in producing high quality fruit.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A person willing to work with diligence and committed to maintaining pride in our high-level standard Vineyard.

Skills Needed!

Capable of operating Vineyard Type tractors, Spray units and sundry vineyard equipment.

Able to operate a mechanical Harvester would be an Advantage but not essential and Mechanical minded

Willing to work hours as the Vineyard requires particularly during harvest time.

A 3 month plus 3-month optional probation period

Annual Salary to be negotiated with super; plus, company vehicle & fuel supplied.
