Calneggia Family Vineyards (CFV) is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to join the team as our Retail Brand Merchandiser. This part time position would suit someone who has experience working with retail and the wine industry - the position will start with 10 hours a week (there may be opportunity to increase hours in the future and additional hours can be worked to assist with in store tasting and events). The position will be responsible for managing and growing our brands profile in retail stores. A summary of objectives include educating Store Managers and staff about our wines, providing staff education tastings of our wines, checking ranging, booking in store tastings, running a weekly in store tasting, organising and executing in store displays, achieving premium fridge and shelf placements, assisting with out of stock/ordering issues, providing feedback from stores to the CFV Marketing and Sales Coordinator about issues that need addressing, weekly reporting to CFV Marketing and Sales Manager and National Brand Manager.

Store visits: 10 hours a week (20 store visits a week)

$40 an hour for store visits (Person to use their own vehicle and cover all associated costs)

In Store Tastings: 2 hours a week (plus ad hoc as required)

Tastings and events: 1 x tasting per week and events on an ad hoc basis

$30 an hour for in store tastings and events
