JOB DESCRIPTION

We're looking to process approximately 10,000T of fruit this coming vintage and are seeking experienced cellar hands for the harvest season. Our fruit is sourced from the Riverland down to the South East, so our vintages go for a few months with extended hours and overtime.

A range of tasks may include but are not limited to:

• Work with a multitude of varieties, regions and clients within the contract facility
• Fruit receival & processing/crushing operations
• Pressing operations
• Operate pumps, perform transfers, racking’s and ferment management
• Juice and wine additions
• Oak/barrel work
• Cleaning tasks
• Wine filtration
• Wine intake/dispatch

Employment classifications are based on the Wine Industry Award and we pay above award rates for those classifications.
